COURSE OVERVIEW
IOSH Managing Safely is a basic risk management certificate in health and safety. The skills taught on the IOSH Managing Safely course will help to establish a strong knowledge surrounding occupational health and safety. Workplaces need to be carefully controlled and managed to try and reduce the risks surrounding the workforce and the public. You can transfer the skills and knowledge taught on this course with ease and will help any manager or supervisor to contribute and control to a safer working environment.
This course will be delivered live online via Zoom with a live instructor in ‘real-time’. This has many benefits to other cheaper online (self taught) courses that lack support and rely heavily on the attendee interpreting information correctly.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
The IOSH Managing Safely course is made up of the following modules:
- 1. At the end of the training participants will:
2. Understand why they must ‘work safely’
3. Understand the difference between hazards & risks
4. Understand hazard identification
5. Appreciate and improve upon safety performance within the workplace
6. Hold a CSCS recognised health & safety certification.
