COURSE OVERVIEW
Manual handling covers a wide range of activities that involve the lifting and moving of equipment in the workplace. Incorrect manual handling is one of the most common causes of injury at work, therefore it is important that employees receive appropriate manual handling training in order to minimise the risk of injury resulting from a manual handling task.
